pretty biased photos for the americans... generally Cosplaying is more accepted in Asia, and consequently alot of pretty girls enjoy dressing up in skimpy outfits that are akin to what is seen in anime. On the other hand, in American, cosplaying is just seen as kinda weird, and most hot white girls would rather be seen passed out drunk in an alley then in a chun li costume. however.. here are some alright pics that even things out. note however that for every 1 good cosplayer, there are 10000 bad ones. (Prolly one of the cutest asian girls iv ever seen.. regardless of the cosplay)

Not really into the cosplay thing, dont find it anything except a little weird. The reason japanese cosplayers are cuter/sexier is because it's more socially acceptable in Japan (my assumption) and considered geeky/nerdy/weird/strange to be cosplaying in the US.
