i took a total of 33 hours of lessons before i passed, i didnt do any of my own practice in between lessons, i only drove whilst in my lessons, but you should take any opportunities to gain more experience
errr i think i had 40 and practiced in my sis's punto which was a v. bad idea as the punto had no power steering so took me ages to get used to it without and then have lessons with my instructor and his car had power steering so not very good practice. TIP: never ever drive a car without power steering nows -lol
^ really...its the average to have approx 40 lessons....mebe you had a meany instructor then...squeezing every penny he can make off you -lol
i think i had 20+ hours...lol because the instructor is my mum's friend i thought he could gimme discount if i had more lessons...
humm i c well im with BSM right now but i think the driver is good at teaching but shit at time so i quit and going with some 1 else
^ i think i paid £18.50 per hour if i booked in blocks of 10.... mid range price i would say usually AA and BSM charge the most (when i had lesson round the £20 mark)
-shock....how'd you know i got pass+ impressed eh -lol hey i went with BSM as well and i really enjoyed lessons with my instructor as he was really funny! i paid about £18 for my lessons with BSM so tong tong guess you're wrong
i dun remember in washington state, they require that anyone aquiring a lisence before they are 18 must go through driver's ed and because of that driver's ed is quite cheap (well not cheap, but cheaper than lots of other places) and although stupid kids in my school didn't realize how great that was and complaining aobut the cost, if they ever did move out of washington state, because of them having drivers ed, they may get discounts on issurance um to answer your questions 1 hr a week for 9 weeks with a driving instructor but also required 50 hours total before your test and 10 hours required to be night driving
i think it really depends on where you are taking the test. some states and countries have different requirements to pas the test. I took about 20 hours of driving classes and was only able to practice a couple of hours on my own. if you need to park for your test then you should practice that a lot. in new york if i remember you are supposed to use your mirrors for the test which is a lot harder to do and not hit the curb while get close enough to pass it.
psychic ! haha really £18, when i was checking around to start my lessons, AA and BSM were the biggest ripoff ever
hehe 30 lessons aka 30 hrs yeah n BSM AA does rip u off, i was with new driver its was good £16 a lesson 10 lessons £150 btw i pass my practical driving test first time, but just to let u know i failed my theory once b4 passing it, pass my theory 2nd time
approximately, how much was paid per hour you guys drove with an instructor OR how much PER x amount of hours ?
