Ah! I remember some dim sum look like this from the anime I watch called cooking master boy and I post the links for it in chinese in download section.
^It's sooooo soft...the meat will melt in your mouth...-tongue2 I dunno what this fish' name is but it tasted great that's for sure! And another of my favorite: Peking Duck wrapped in skin! -tongue2 This was in the Peking Garden on the Causeway Bay in HK.
i kno wi know.. its i think thai sik yu... its sweet...a lil spicy.. n sour??? hehehe i know ngau lam;s good... dont tell me!!! ehh how come ur peking duck got meat... so much meat too.. lol... i got ripped.. the last time i had peking duck... it was all skin.. only little meat :( i like ching tong better.. hehehe esp those... ching tong.. thats not so ching anymore.. like its been boiled for ages.. heheh i know its bad for health.. but its so good
Not spicy but sweet 'n sour yep! And quite a lot of those tiny grates...but nevertheless yummie. LOL, and I was thinking we got ripped because we got too much duck meat and so few duck skin. -lol We also ate Peking Duck skin wrap elsewere but there was a lot of skin and hardly any meat; thought that was the right version of this dish! But I can't deny it was the most delicious tasting version I've ever eaten despite the lack of duck skin.
well i think its either sweet n sour fish or that thai fish i was saying heheh its tai sik.. eheheh hmm i tot it would be nice with some meat on it ehhehe... cos if its only skin.. like the stomach feels empty empty hehehe ineed some meat.. ehhehe esp ducky.. ehhehe ofcourse they are ehhehe u r talkin to a -chef here ok ehehhe
aishiteru4: aishiteru4 - I love you! Thx for posting new pics! The dim sum looks tasty! I am getting hungry! Bon chan your pou tau? It's a café and not a restaurant? taxloss: Yummy yummy! The duck looks very good. In my opinion the best of the duck is the skin. What are the rest next to the duck dish? Difficult to define it. When I see all your pics every time I think that I am living in the wrong country. -cry2
