Mod for psp

Hi guys, do you know any mod for psp, something similar to the ds mod chip, which you can download games and play loading the mod chip.

 

not sure on that. But doesnt the cds play international games??

 

i'm not sure, but i want something similar to a ds mod does so i can just download games

 

the psp can play downloadable game roms (NES, SNES, GB, GBA etc) or psp iso's with a specfic firmware anyway so i don't see anyway point of them making a mod chip

u need a 0e_a firmwire other wise u need a mod chip

 

u can homebrew and which you need like a firmware 1,5 to do that....thats what iw as told

like dim8sum said psp-hacks.com has a lot of stuff on the psp....check your firmware first...cuz you might need to downgrade it first to a 1.5 version firmware and then update back to an 3.XXoe_a firmware to play the games.

The psp is not region bound either...so you can play japanese or american games with it

 

psp doesnt need a mod chip or anything..you just need a firmware and download the games

I see absolutely no point in a mod chip, when psp can load games from the memory card(go buy a large capacity in GBytes) and can bypass the umd to save battery life.

unles you are unlucky enough to buy a new psp with an unmoddable motherboard.

back a few months ago, for very new official sony firmware users, modchip was the only way to downgrade to custom FW

but now, any psp, including the psp slim (i think up to 3.60FW) can be downgraded using the pandoras battery
