yeh but it feels good at the time i try not to break good stuff, or things that can be broken, should get a punch bag
hmmm...i dun really get angry....as i tend to forget things easily.....but if something was to really bad happen i normally go all quiet or go for a nap.....and when i finished napping i tend to forget about it anyways
really....then guess you gotta be really zonked out then....-lol guess it just depends on what angered me.....as my frends and family say ive got pretty good 'pai hai'
exactly like a cushion yeh, no i dont get crazy angry, but if something does in fact i usually keep the peace between my angry drunk friends -mellow
i take it out on my punching bag or call people and tell them waht is happening if that dont work go to the hills and watch the view from above most of the time i forget them
Hahaha...yea i used to throw with my phone too... also i loved to slam with doors...but my dad didnt really like that.... But normally i just be cranky for a little while... so everyone knows that they should leave me alone for a while....
I usually calm down just from 'talking' to myself. If I happen to be really stressed, angry and frustrated, I take deep breaths. It helps to calm down. Sometimes i scream into a pillow. Or just sleep. i usually get over the emotion quickly. Anger/wrath is not one of my common sins.. haha
