    Hehe...a dim sum snack bar with a huge variety of chinese tea. This I would like to open. :)

    I am living in Germany and the next Cantonese Restaurant is about 40 km far away. :(

    Hi missy_chryssy!
    I will try your 'Stir-Fried Glutinous Rice - Saan Chaw Loh Mai Faan' and 'Loh Bat Ko - Turnip Cake' recipes.
    I will post some pics of the results. Either my staying in hospital or my contented face. ;)

    Don't forget the starch for the Turnip Cake. I believe I had 2 visitors who tried the recipe, both forgot the starch and the cake turned out "1 pek yeah" >.<..

    Yeah a chinese bakery! I like the bakings. Whenever I was in HK I bought some of them in the bakery. Yummy yummy!
