Depends...i have friends who keep it who used to keep it secret because their parents wont accept it...friends who were 20ish back then... and i can understand it...nothing wrong with it... my parents always know when i have a bf....i tell them...but mostly they can already tell im seeing someone lol i dont keep it a secret....their cool with it anyway...
Yeah sometimes i'll just bring a girl home and my mum would ask about her. But other than that i don't really tell them, they don't care too much. Nothing wrong with starting a relationship without your parents knowing, unless you're like 13 or something.
