it's not easy to talk to someone like that... you don't know what reaction they might have. they are probably thinking, "ew wtf, who r u? y r u talkin to me? i'm just trying to get to work, etc" if i see one just walkin on the street... i just keep walking. i'll see if i can make eye contact, check if she's looking back, and if she is, i'd look away lol, sometimes i smile and they smile back. if she works nearby or lives close, and you see her more than just once, then it's possible to start a conversation. other than that, it's pretty difficult to talk to her.

when i'm with my friends, after she would walk by, we would send one guy to talk to her and try to make a conversation and ask her out. if i'm by myself, i'll just walk by like a cool guy

if u ask the girl for her email or msn there's a good chance she'd give it to u... depends on how u approach her but if u ask her for her phone number ur most likely to freak her out...n i wouldn't wanna date someone dumb enough to just give out her number to total stranger...
