china's regions are well known for their distinct flavors just wondering what you prefer and you can pink more than one
I like spicy the most. The spicier the better. I guess szechuan would be the region famous for spicy food.
Spicy > Sour > Sweet > Bitter But I must add, the type of sour I like is more towards vinegar type (think balsamic vinaigrette)
i eat all kinds of different food. just the way they make the food either spicy, sweet, sour, etc... makes the flavor of the food good
koream kimchi ramen taste good! and plain soup chinese ramen is good too...(better if served with dumplings and 'guo tie')
well.. i practically like them all -lol different times and situations comes for different tastes/flavour but i feel like some spicy korean ramen now -lol!
I love all flavors. A mixture of two or even three flavors would be awesome A human's tongue is meant to taste all those flavors...
Oh yes, heavenly if it's a proper version! Fu Gua/bitter melon?! Yech! -sick2 I never touch it when my mum makes it, can't stand the bitter taste although I don't mind drinking somewhat bitter Green Tea or bitter lemon.
