Peoples suggest what type of sport would make you grow taller plz =3 I NEED TO GROW......XD..... I feel like a drawf T.T -lol
i don't think thats how it works? lol....i'd eat more + drink milk and be active. play anything that pushes u
i vote basketball... and just do some jumping excercises. i was 4'11 when i was 13!! teh shortest out of my group of friends. i was about 5' when i was 14, end of 9th grade, and over the course of the 3 months of summer, i did jumping excercises... and i grew 6 inches. It could be a coincidence but i think it helps, i'm 5'8 now. My brother is 4 yrs younger than me. he played basketball when i started, he was probably around 13-14 and i wish i played earlier... i probably would've been taller, but he's taller than me now by an inch. -.- btw, i've heard that they took out something from milk that suppose to help you grow. not sure why, but i just heard it from a friend.
i know how u feel, i'm short too lol...so my bf told me to do basketball, it helps, he says...but it hasnt help me so far...lol =S but do try it out..
sport where u need to run and jump alot will help alot , and also eat good ,rest good, but that doesnt work for everyone u need to do that from young , so a few month basketball doesnt help u need to do it for years xD
To some extent yes. My mom is 5'2 and my father is 5'6. I played basketball ever since I was 12 year old. Currently I'm 6 feet.
I've heard basketball but I think swimming would be the most likely sport. Less downward pressure on the body, I guess.
i don't think sports can make you taller, it is more about hormonal infuence of the growth cartilage in the proximal part of the tiba.
swimming when your young helps you grow, cause it doesnt put a downwards strain on your back but depends how old you are, cause i think girls stop growing at 17 and boys at 18 or something
I lost to both genetics and hormonal influence. That being said, I am 5' 7"...expected to be taller given how athletic I was during my primary growth period, having played so much basketball and such. -sweat
