BlizzCon just started and already there is new information about the new WoW expansion, its gonna be called Wrath of the Lich King! The game will introduce new gameplay, the level cap will be increased to 80, but there wont be any new talents, what will come is the new Hero Classes that you can boost your char, one of the new hero class is Death Knight, you can do superb damage with hero class. for more info you can check http://www.wow-europe.com/wrath/ have fun
imo its going to fast those expansion, the burning crusade just released 6 months and already a new one announched.. i think its getting to much "for the money" with blizzard now... not like it hasnt been before.. but now you notice it more.. and that "each expansion + 10 level caps is so stupid"
I heard WOW:TBC isn't even realeased in Asia yet :S. But I don't think the players won't mind to buy it. Maybe I should try it someday
When it comes out it'll be expensive..... but last week when I bought WoW 1 and TBC for my li'l sis, it only cost $60 for the BOTH!!! where I had paid $90 for the first one and $70 for TBC... >_< but lucky the aussie dollar is strong so the monthly subscription fees aren't too bad!
heh... i guess this keeps the players coming back, no point of the game is pure grind to infinate lv. They let'ca lv for a while, then cap u off for a while... and repeat, the secret to big $$
although its ok to raise the lvl caps per expansion but it makes is hell much harder to level to that cap when you start from scratch. I ve already given up at lvl 33 since it got quite dry.
hehe i got 2 lvls 70 -innocent but i know some people living in old joegoslavie and the fee is the same... it cost 1/4 of there average monthly fee to play the game >.< and i know some people that does that..
the content that they released is going through too fast for the hardcore gamers so they gotta give them something else to sink their teeth in. While the casul players aren't even going to get through the final end game stuff before the expansion comes out... wow needs to fix their balance between hardcore and casual gaming
that is the problem.. you will never make a game that is balanced between hardcore and casual.. that is cause like you said.. hardcore people going to fast through TBC thatswhy they making this new one.. but on the other hand.. how can hardcore go so fast? cause blizzard has nerfed alot of bosses in TBC and also boosted weapons.. so also the casual can play this game.. you never will find the perfect balance in this.. blizzard can just make the best out of it..
i think AoC & Warhammer is coming, and blizzard must release some new stuff to hold thier players ^^ the answer is 2nd addon. p.s.: does anyone play wow on the german server guldan????
wow I hadn't heard about this.... I better dust off my warlock. He's only 61. Wonder if I can hit 70 before this xpac is released :|
add ons means really something diff in WoW btw blizzard is really not afraid for any other MMORPG.. WoW is a hype and it will take really long time before thats over.. btw blizzard also already said that there will be a new expansion every year.... what pretty suck easy to hit lvl 70 take only 1 month
TBC isnt out in mainland china yet, but very soon. and im not very happy about the new expension. kinda waste my raid times and money. all those epics and reps you worked for then get replace by 75-80 "green / Blues" >.> suks imo
omg another expansion and another $20! Well i guess the max level for the game has been set to 255 so i guess we can count on alot more expansions :(. Im only lvl 64 too. Anyone play on server Andorhal? If so look me up, my player name is sniperkid (of course) .
Really, but most of my friends are playing it in Hong Kong & they are playing the Chinese translated version. I got a magazine about it as well. It is talking about the tips of the quest and raid stuff in outland. -shock
