you have buy and R4 or an M3 first (thats what the flash cards are called) afterwards you should be able to find sites for the games on your own
get a r4, they've recently had a new patch, fixing most of the download plays, tho.. currently the legit worldwide sites are sold out. no idea when they will be having more in stock. http://www.kaidomain.com http://dealextreme.com both of these sites legit, i've bought one from dealextreme, took forever to get here, but it was worth the wait, dealextreme, if im not mistaken is located in china, because they use HK post
it does work, my buddy has hacked his DS to the max after only 1 day, he has msn and videos and shit running on it, and has a 3 1 gig flash sticks full of games.
haha thats quite a lot of games and it a good thing that they use mini sds, their the cheapest memory stick out there
I'm currently using the R4 (http://www.r4ds.com/r4.htm). Been really happy with it, easy to use, just drag and drop to your MicroSD. There's other flashes on the market, have a look at www.gbatemp.net for review and details, also show details of new NDS rom releases.

I have a feeling my ex is going to buy me a nintendo ds for my bday, which is next week. I thought about buying one back in june but never did and she said something about a ds recently. so I'm just guessing. Anyway I'll probably order something like this too, my cousins all have the card and everything downloaded, i'll probably just steal it from him.
ok DS may be easier to hack cause you just stick a cartridge in it but PSP is not hard to hack... all you need to do is download some software that does the downgrade/upgrade for you or if your lazy just buy a pre-hacked psp from HK or Ebay
PSP has a lot of firmware updates. Anyways, I'd prefer the DS over PSP. The PSP's multi-media capabilities aren't that appealing to me.
