Since you are already on talking terms, it's not that hard to ask for her MSN or email! And there's only 2 classes left rite? You could say sth like, "So how did ya find the course? ... etc etc" then after that, you say, "Hey, you wanna keep in touch or sth? Maybe email or chat?"
