Depends on who the women is. I've had girlfriends that put it on for me, but some just prefer me to do it. It doesnt matter, so long as its used correctly.

after not using them for the past few years, i will never put on a condom again... the feeling is totally different. i don't care how "thin" the makers claim their condoms are.
