yeah i'm wondering what the "touchy" is? and uhh.. i don't know. it's hard because i was confused when i was with my cousin (girl) in China for vacation one time and because she's a native i suppose that's what they do? it's not unusual for them to hold hands so when my hand brushed against her's one time she thought i wanted to hold her hand but i didn't want to? and that's the only time it ever happened - freaked me out. but uhh. i'd make further judgments after finding out what the "touchy" is?
