if you're really not into that kind of stuff - you should tell her that you're not interested in that kind of stuff right away. if you're emberrassed to say it .. say it when you guys are just joking around ~ so she'll get the message and not ruining the friendship you guys already ahve.. but if it's really apparent then just tell her straight up

Good Job getting through the first part. Now you just need a solution to her curiosity. Here's a suggestion maybe over a period of time when she calls you to hang out you can tell her that you had plans to hang out with your bf today. Then after X days you can tell her that you guys broke up. This should work assuming you plan everything you're going to tell her and not pick up the phone when you're supposely no t home. Note: This is just a suggestion.
