I had this plain lamp shade for four years and got bored with the design. Since it no longer compliments my new makeover room, I gave my lamp a face lift.

Very easy, all you need is glue gun and lots of roses.

What do you guys think of my new lamp?

Ooh, nice! You should pitch the idea to Ikea :p

My friend started making stuff out of beer cans, He cuts up the cans and uses the flat parts of metal to make picture frames, a light switch plate and bulleting board. I am gladly supplying all the beer cans he needs :D

Don’t worry about changing , they are artificial. ;)

Hmmm... I wonder how much Ikea would pay for an idea. By the way the original lamp, by Ikea :)
Oh your friend is smarter and more creative than me. At least he uses recycle products. 0 cost. Me have to pay for the roses .

I'm planing to add beads below the rim. Haven't found the right color beads yet.

lol i like how the plain one the pic is well plain
but when you do the make over, the lamp is turned on (so the picture has more of a glowing feel) and you added plants, even better :D

    but very nice "new" lampshade
