    What if the name is Jessie? I once called Verizon and was calling about my gf's account, they didn't ask why I have a girl's name.

    i think 1-800-Flowers should take the responsibility... florists n jewellery stores should b really sensitive abt these things... it's part of customer services...

    well cheatin is wrong, but stickin to privacy policy is a big NO-NO!

    especially wen the wife rang up, and the man strictly said not to tell any1 else

    i mean, hello florist people its a female speakin, not a man
