I just want to get an impression of these movies before I go and watch them. so here are the ones i want to know about: -Pans Labyrinth. -Arthur and the Invisibles. -Epic Movie. -God Has Forgotten Us. anyone? it's much appreciated. thanks. :]
i don't relaly want to watch any of those.... but out of the ones listed, i wanna watch Pans Labyrinth most. it looks really interesting, mixing up dark fairy tales with the evil of reality.
I havent watched any of those yet. But I am actually interested to see these -Pans Labyrinth, Arthur and the Invisibles, God Has Forgotten Us. Cause their names seems have a good storyline behind them.
<Pan's Labyrinth> is AMAZING, if you even heard of the film, go see it. You won't regret it. It's a beautiful mix of fable and reality, and with a back drop of moody Spanish meadows. But like every other fables, <Pan's Labyrinth> is somewhat a gory and visual fest to that end. Not exactly up to the Saw standard, but definitely more gory than most other films you will likely to see. <Arthur and the Invisible> seems cool, although I don't plan to see it in a cinema. Definitely DVD though. I have a thing against <Scary Movies> series, so I'll pass on Epic Movie, since they tend to spoof good films in a degrading way with too much sex and/or idiocy added. I really don't need to see films I like being butchered. Never heard of <God has forgotten us> though, would you mind posting a link to its info? I was not able to find it on IMDB :( Thanks in advance.
I don't really care about the other movies except for "Epic Movie"...hope it doesn't turn out to be like "date movie"<<<boring and not funny
Date movie is very funny, u should watch it. pans labrinth is very good, you should also watch that. dont know about the others.
Arthur is an average animation film. Epic Movie is a humorless piece of crap. Pan's Labyrinth is great *Highly Recommend* Haven't watched 'God has forgotten us' yet. In my opinion, out of the 3 movies you mentioned only Pan's Labyrinth is worth watching. The other 2 bore me.
LOL, I totally DID NOT recommend the other two just because they are not genres I like... Not a fan of comedy, romance nor animation...
I enjoy watching any genre as long as its well made. Like 'Ratatouille', 'Once', and 'Superbad'. @OP here are some films to replace the other 2 you mentioned. All are from 2007 - The Lookout - The Bourne Ultimatum - The Hoax - Once - Breach - Superbad - Sunshine - Knocked Up - Ratatouille Some are in theatres, but I think you get DL most of them in DVD quality now
I like geek comedies (like Superbad and Rocket Science or even the Royal Tenenbaums) over general comedies... but then again, I don't see enough comedies to be a good judge of quality -sweat But I can say Bourne Ultimatum, Ratatouille, Sunshine, Superbad and Rocket Science are definitely worth seeing... And Knocked Up is was okay too... -^_^
