Good thing is that the policemen have been punished and the couple got their money back from the officials. But then one may wonder why the police weren't catching real baddies instead of trying to get normal citizins a heavy fine for something innocent as embracing in public; the cops were either really bored or jealous on the couple or they just wanted to cash in extra money.
haha i feel sorry for the couples, something so natural and it's nothing offensive either and they got into trouble for it. nothing wrong giving out hugs anyway, they really need to lighten up other there.
I am sure they can arrest said person on the merit of "defiling public property" or "public indecency" -tongue2
