i have a wii and i love it! it's different from other console. and a lot of fun when play. ps3 is just too expensive.
i think wii is more interactice with the players. that why its the #1 selling console right now, but its graphic is horrible, PS3 is way overpriced, so stick with the middle with 360
Hm.. stuck between the Wii and PS3.. Wii is good value for money plus it's great for multiplayer games when your mates come round.. PS3 not so bad but has a very big price tag.. =/ and right now sony is making a MASSIVE loss because of the PS3, the money spent on designing, advertising and making of the PS3 is wayy more than the revenue that they are getting from selling those consoles.. so bad that now they're not even gona release the 20gb version in the UK.. also, recently i've been trying to get the Wii but in most stores but they are still sold out!.. whereas i have never heard of the PS3 selling out..lol.. all in all.. it depends how deep your wallet is =P i'm not getting the ps3 until Metal Gear Solid 4 and final fantasy 13 is coming out.. =D
im a Sony Fanatic...so PS3...if only it was cheaper...xbox 360 is good for DOA Xtreme 2 ...and halo etc....i dont really like Wii that much
previous 360 owner I was the first person to get 360, now i am selling it and bought a ps3 coz i am not a shooting game fan
id say it depends on what kind of games you like... but for me i wouldnt get the 360 because its more about FPS and im scared of those reported failures
and it depends on how much u want to spend on a console also.... wii is $249.99, Xbox is $299.99-$479.99 or something like that and PS3 is $499.99 which you can get like 2 wiis for that price! hehehe lol
Wii - for party games 360 - large game library ps3 - more potential --> bluray - more space to store the games. i have all 3... got the 360 used... and got the ps3 by trading 10 used games (getting 240 discount off). Currently I prefer ps3.
I have a xbox360 but there is any really good exceptional game. 1)Bioshock 2) Forza 3) Gears of War these are the games that are decent.
Just a note on the PS3; Sony has discontinued the production of the 60GB model that sells for 499 USD and opts to continue production only on the 80GB model that sells for 599 USD. That makes the 60GB model essentially at 'fire-sale' status right now and places the 20GB model (looking back, what was Sony thinking on even making this one?) in totally obsolete territory. The PS3 is still good for its blu-ray technology, but looking at the progression of blu-ray roms onto PC's at this point, people shouldnt rush out to get their hands on one (remember when DVD players sold for upwards of $500 when it first came out). For now, i would stick with the wii, on the account that i tend to enjoy company when i play video games now. Somehow, the hardcore gamer in me has left and thus, solely relying on single player games nowadays just dont do it for me. And online play is nothing...if you cant taunt yout opponent directly in front of you..hahaha
