    Motorola K1, Sony Ericsson K790a or w580i are good choices and its around your price range, however you would need to sign 3 yrs contract (rogers) to get it under 200$.

    I think he lives in Canada.. it'll cost a bit much to ship there also:D.. k800i for 200usd.. cheap:D i want! lol too bad i dont got the cash:(-unsure
    s500 cost a bit too much.. i think his only spending like $200 on a phone?-unsure:D

    i dont know wats so good abt SE neva used 1 b4 and dont plan to. always been a Nokia fan. currently im using the Nokia N95 it is a bit expensive but i love it and if u didnt have a budget i would say the N95. slide phone with an 5 MP camera :D
