Warner Bros. is aiming to make comic-book geeks around the world pee their pants. They have hired a team of writers to script a live-action feature film which will include most of DC Comics superhero line-up: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, the Flash, and more. Kiernan and Michele Mulroney have been hired to write a big screen Justice League of America movie. You might recognize their names, because they’re the hot Hollywood scribes of the month It has been previously reported that both Christian Bale (Batman Begins) and Brandon Routh (Superman Returns) have contract options to star in a Superman vs. Batman movie. I wonder if Warner’s legal team could spin that stipulation into the JLA idea. The studio is also trying to greenlight a Wonder Woman film. I assume that the lead star’s contract will include a JLA option. Warner announced this news on the heels of the New York Comic Con.
Old news. Also Christian Bale and Brandon Routh have not confirmed anything. They haven't even discussed it with Warner yet. The Wonder Woman movie is confirmed. I think... Not really sure on that, I just read something about it. Forgot where though.
Apparently he abandoned the Wonder Woman project. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wonder_Woman_(film)#Film_adaptation
justice leagus movie?? How are they gonna fit so much superheroes in a 2 hour movie?? Will it turn out to be like a brief intro or appearance of most of the superheroes Wont that make the movie a bit shallow......Bad idea.....Justice league series sounds better
Its not the first time a large team of super heros was put on film. Example: X-men. I'm guessing that it will center around the founding members of the league, like Batman, Superman, Wonder Women, and The Green Lateran. and there already is an animated series for the Justice League. Not sure if its still airing though.
i just don't see how Brandon Routh as superman and christian bale as batman could co-exist in a superhero movie though. maybe other actors cause i don't want my impression of christian bale as badass interpretation of batman ruined...
=/ not all "super hero" movies are good...i liked batman begins & spiderman1 (2 and 3 were dull)...but i couldnt even bother to watch superman oh...and daredevil was boring
I thought Spider-man 2 was much better than the original. It really showed the conflicts Peter had with his life as Spider-Man and his normal every day life. Forced to choose the easy path without sipder-man, or the hard path as the hero that everyone so desperately needs. You really can make a personally connection with the character.
If u read the comic justice league, Batman is like the loner in the justice league (coz he is the only one with no superpower, just human with martial arts training and quick mind and gadgets). He normally does thing alone and are even expelled from the league a few times (on his own accord or by the team). Guess the christopher bale bad ass batman would work fine in this movie
