    Music class?

or I guess you could get a book which shows you how to do all the notes and just keep practicing with the songs in the book.

Music class would definitely be best.

Usually some high school music teacher (providing they know how to play) would teach lessons after class, maybe you can sign up?

um...everytime another person gives it back after rent...then send it somewhere to get washed...like really clean wash...then they send it to some ppl who play the instrument t test it out before letting ppl rent again....so yea...im sure its pretty safe:D

It should be nice and easy, I've played for 6 years, after you get the sounds out its smooth sailing.
Then you can move on to play the other saxophones like the tenor or baritone.
Remember to not puff your cheeks when your playing and use the sides of your lips to hold on to the mouthpiece and blow. You can master it in on time and amaze people with great solos :D.

Ask your teacher for some after school lessons, or ask around, there are bound to be music tutors in your area.

when i played the tenor sax back in the hs jazz band...a tip that one of the teachers told me when blowing into the saxophone is to mentally say "tu"...that way you're not puffing up your cheeks. :]
