cows are doing a far worse job than the mammoth dung... i think cows release more green house gasses than cars put together
lol.. only in areas with lots of cows.. like a million cows. guess the point of this new finding is that we have to really do sth abt global warming now b4 its too late..

I know that is true in Australia... They first introduced lots of cows, then there was loads and loads of dungs, which became problematic to the local eco-life, they then introduced a foreign species called "Dung beetles" which can decompose the offending dung effectively... Perhaps they can consider introducing those dung beetles in Arctic? -rolleyes
I guess... I absolutely forgot about the details on how the dung beetles work Crazy thought: plant bamboo around the area and introduce dung beetles... Since bamboo grows rapidly and can remove a lot of CO2... -tongue2
