holy crap, i just checked out the mercedes web site and found the price of the C class is 41 G... and it has way more stuff than the IS the interior is hot too and it has 228 HP vs 204.... hmm... but then again its a mercedes and prolly isnt anywhere near as reliable. i should have test drove this car >_<
a mercedes is a mercedes to me... no matter how nice it is... due to the sheer number of mercedeses here, im forced not to buy it. and now, the car i want, is250, is becoming quite popular in my area. CRAP! i need a hot looking car, that not many people buy.
u should of asked me bout the mercedes. for 41g, is it base or well equipt. base is 31g over here in the us. u should go test drive it. u'll like it. i like it a little better than my. better throtle response. if u go to the dealer, check out one with the navi. u'll be surprised what happens with the navi screen when you start the car
its base, but cars are always 10 G more in canada pretty much. lol i probably wont bother, my IS is on order anyway, and il love it even if the mercedes has a bit more power. the body of the new c class is kinda strange too... weird proportions.

with mercedes its really a hit or miss on them...sometimes you get the really reliable ones where you don't have to take it in at all...and sometimes you get the really sour lemon ones...where there are tons of gremlines running amuck the car. I've had mines for 4.5 years and i've only had to take it in yearly servicing and some minor problems here and there...other than that haven't had to take it in for much. while my other friend has had to take in his car every month for something this or something that... definitely head to the dealership and test drive it...its lots of fun...the nav unit like ah-wong said is awesome..no touch screen but its damn spiffy

it was UGLY! no, but it saves a hell of a lot of gas.... 5 liters to 100km... my jeep does 14ltr/100km lol it even beats my cts, which goes 9ltr/100km... and this is all based on highway driving
i've had my car for like 6 months and only had to take it in for service one. it was for a messed up alignment. i think its awsome that now they use this one mobile 1 oil that doesn't require it to change for like 12k miles.
it doesn't matter how many miles ur oil advertises it can go... 12k miles is an asslong of a time to not change ur oil... u should check every 2.5k-3.5k miles... even the greatest of efficient cars like the civic can't go beyond 8k miles and no oil change w/o consequences... that's insane... even if the oil manages to stay clean, engines still burn oil so they might be clean, but u might not have enuff oil in the engine...
i know to check my oil every 3k miles. one time on my old integ, i didn't change the oil for like 8k miles and when i id my oil change, i think it only had about 2 quarts of oil in the engine
