Instructions: Click on URL Convert. Past the link. Choose format you want. ex. mp3 or 3gp. Give them your e-mail. You'll receive a email in about 5 minute. must of the stuff work, i only use zamar since it actually work for me... i tried a few of the one that people advertise on radio or some other stuff.. i tried.. it didnt work.. zamar works fine
The one i recommend is keepvid.com 1) Enter Youtube address 2) Wait for DL link 3) Download it! (Save it as a .flv when u finished)
.flv file... can't really play on anything unless you download a specific player, i still prefer zamar you can download in mp4, 3gp, or most format you can imagine -rockon

vlc player will play it. Anyway when i want to download videos like a music video (which is very rare) i check out www.veoh.com. It might not have more videos than youtube but the video quality is good.
VLC Player plays .flv files and is a good overall multimedia player too as it supports a lot of video and audio formats. Or you can use video converting software to convert it to format of your choice. I use Total Video Converter.
Second: download and install the program called SUPER. This program will allow you to convert any and all files to whatever you desire. FYI: 3g2 = Perfect to put your files on your cell phone.
