i think the metal object is to obsorb the heat from the fresh cooked egg. egg is more effective when its hot.
^never did that though lol, just rub it when it's hot lol skin turns all red and shit, the more ghetto method though is to use rice and pepper and wrap it with plastic foil ha, heard it does the same thing.
i think it iss.....my por por used to make it for me....-drool and i made my mammi learn to make it so she can make it for me too wokaka.... i had so many wrinkly eggs when my mammi was practising..and i was like...this is wrinkly....-lol but now my mammi perfect jor and its sooo yummy....sometimes just plain egg and a bit of soy sauce so yummy... perfect wifey eh.....all you do is whisk egg and pour into a dish..then 'ching ha' in boiling water and duk lor ^^
I like scrambled eggs, they are easy to make and fast to make... By the way the percentages on the poll aren't correct....
LOL....ok since its such an easy yet yummie dish...i will make it every night and force my future husband to eat it -evil
depends on the breakfast meat i'm eating the eggs with....if its a burger patty or cornbeef hash i'll take my eggs over easy/sunny side up and if i'm eatin spam or bacon i'll like it scrambled...
i like fried and scrambled.. but haven't had scrambled in a long time...:( fried i like it so that it's not overly cooked and when u poke it the yolk comes out.. hehe
^Oh yeah, love this variation when the yolk comes out when you poke in it! Deliciously with rice and some udon noodle versions -tongue2
Mmmm...I love my eggs hard boiled...yum yum. I just like the white though, and throw away the yolk usually haha. I'm so wasteful
Really? You are weird! The egg white alone is really boring tasting (unless you add some salt and other herbs on it?)
^egg whites good for people who are working out and try to build muscles though.less cholesterol... although it doesn't taste too good it's a healthy diet lol, i know tons of athletic friends who do this, it's better than raw eggs and protein shakes lol...
scrambled is good but only if i cook it......... cos i like to have it kinda moist..... take it off the pan when it's still a little raw.....
