    Yeah and getting up early is also bad for you as a Japanese study shows (and which I already knew for years haha)

    I'm guessing a lot of people have this problem than. They either get too much sleep or too little, I don't think a lot of people get just the right amount of sleep.

  6. this isnt something new... psychology courses cover this...

    for adolescents, best number of hours is 8 to 8 1/2 hours.. and adults, as mentioned, 7 hours..

    i sleep 4 hrs in the truck every weekdays when i did part time work with imporiting and exporting.

    sometimes i sleep like 9 hours and sometimes 6....depends on what i feel like....>_<
    when i look at the mirror and see the darkcircles around my eyes i sleep 9hours every night...and then i see my big belly and sleep less to not become miss piggy....its kinda hard to find a balance

    ^ lol how about instead sleep 9 hours everyday and instead of worrying of becoming miss piggy do a little exercise, i think it might help :]

    9 hours is too much...i should try 8 hours i guess...and also..exercise? whuts that?
    hehe just kidding....yeah...once im in holland ima play bbal hehe...fun exercise

    actually 9 hours is great, i mean what are you? close to your 20s or in your 20s >.<, its great when ppl your age get at least 9 hours of sleep, heard 10 hours is pretty good too ^^

    are u sure about that? 10hours? i always feel lazy the rest of the day after sleeping 10hours..
    weird i feel most fit after sleeping only 6 hours....im an old lady ^^

    lol naw, most ppl feel pretty fit after 6 hours, its just how your body works because theres a blockage in the your mind that you probably surpass that allows you to feel more awake, ^^ but eh... if 6 hours works for you i guess its aight

    I try to sleep 7 hours a day, but it's never more than that. the thing I hate most is that if I don't get enough sleep, my eyes get really tiny when I wake up ... and it doesn't go away for a while >.<

    lol...i always have tiny eyes anyway...especially if i dont feel like putting on make up....hahaha

    just a bit swollen i guess....but yeah my eyes are not small because of that...its god who made me look like that lol

    lol it's probably because I'm not fully awake so my eyes are still in semi - sleep mode

    hmm a bit swollen? aww poor angie, but i guess thats why they made make-up to hide those little flaws
