what system you using? window xp? if so go to control panel, date, time, languages or someting like that, and uhh go to region thingy i think.. see chinese click on 1 of them. or go on some website that is chinese and it might ask you to download the chinese word system. if vista, you do the same as xp i think: 1. Control Panel 2. Clock, Lanugages, and Region. 3. Regional and Language Settings 4. Keyboard and Languages 5. Choose your languages and it should work. not sure if i know what im telling you though lol

that programme won't enable you to see chinese characters on websites,, not sure though. But I think you just need to put the XP cd in it and there is a option to install foreigner languages..

hm... go to control panel, regional and language options, languages then click the box what says 'install files for east asian languages'. I think you need a xp cd for it though.

there is no reason for njstar. XP and VIsta have it if not it can be installed. To type chinese u need to add the keyboard input in control panel > regional and language options. Then...if you want extra which i do recommend, is to set the langauge unicode display in XP or Vista to chinese, in which case programs that support unicode become chinese in the menu's and such. For internet explorer and such encoding change in the view menu will allow chinese character display

Go to the Taiwan version of yahoo and it should ask you to install a language pack, assuming that you want traditional chinese. If you want simplified just go to the China yahoo.

okay.... just get a Rebootable Xp CD (assuming u have XP) and when u start rebooting ur comp, u will come across a window that tells u to "click this if u wanted a eastern language" or sumthin like that. Just click it and there u go. this is the only easy but long way i kno of.

I think your system is missing chinese font. install it and you will be fine. If you are using winXP, just go to control panel and regional and language and install the font.
