Would Americans pay to stop global warming?

I won't be one to take that risk... Since like all chemical reactions, global warming (assuming that it's true and happening) is at a tipping point, or so claims some scientists.

IF that is true, the speed of us descending into chaos will be ever accelerating and we'll meet our end before it's due. -nono
