haha...here's my guess. he cheated on her and he confessed. she didnt want to tell him it is over because she didnt want to use it as an excuse b/c he confessed. she made up an excuse of still loving her ex 6 years ago to get rid of this dude. this dood was horny and wanted some so this fucka ran back to her on his hands and knees crying for forgiveness. he crawling for 2 days now. finally she says "ok", we can still see each other once a week. End of chapter. Correct me if I wrote it wrong :/
