Two versions... Some play that the rank of a flush is determined by the rank of its highest card; the suit only becomes relevant if the highest cards are equal. This version will say the first set wins. Since the sets have both K as the highest cards, so spade > diamond, first set wins. Another version: Some compare all the ranks first, from the top card downward, as in Poker. Only if all five ranks are equal does the suit of the highest card determine which flush is higher. 1st one highest is K, second is 10 2nd one highest is K, second is Q Q beats 10, so 2nd set wins.
