I knew it, it's all a scam. Being weight obsessed does not necessarily mean that weight is going to reflect the thought...
Hmm , and all the food dietists advising people counting the calories to keep control of their weight/health..wonder what the're gonna do now.
Wow, I didn't know there was a difference in calories...I guess I should shoot for the good and not the bad. I feel bad for the ppl counting calories, now they have another thing to worry about.
u can see how much calories ur taking in by lookin at the back of most food products... thery give u a table n show u how much ur taking in per 100g...per pack etc..
yea best way to count ur calories though tbh i don't ever look at that. u can usually tell whether the food u eat is healthy or not and besides i think its about a balanced diet rather than counting calories.
uh yeah... whats the point in counting calories... its not like its healthy.. you rather eat what is needed then eat less
I'm kinda confused. So what's the argument in the article? It is no different from what docs have been recommending - do not exceed your daily calorie requirements, do not take too much simple carbs. So what's new? It's true that carbs are the culprit for many metabolic related diseases. People don't normally eat complex carbs like wheat and whole grains. They go for simple carbs that are easily broken down into sugars and absorbed directly into the blood stream, causing a sudden increase in insulin secretions, what is commonly known as a 'sugar high'. Extremely unhealthy, and it overtaxes the pancreas, causing it to go into early failure...and there you go, a diabetic patient is born.
Eat more healthy food/less junk food, Exercise frequently, and you don't need to count your calories!
lol, i dont really count, its like after i eat, im like shit, why did i eat all this food, then i eat healthy for next few days lol, if you count then u wont be happy
Yeah I know :( so true! Sometimes I give myself days off but the way you eat, is really good for metabolism ^_^
