It seems to me that she's leading you on, even though you two are already in a relationship. If she really isn't that happy with her current boyfriend, I don't see why she has to two-time and stay in both relationships. As a girl I think she's just playing around, which means she doesn't deserve any true love at all.
to me it just sounds like ur just her 'friend with benefits' doesn't seem to me she's emotionally attached to you, rather, just you are, and hence, a whole dilemma. She likes complaining about her relationship. So what? A few girls I know love complaining about their relationship; maybe its the abusive qualities in her bf that she's attracted to yet hates. *shrugs If I were u, I'd talk to her about it.
