thanks...u know anything bout : Volume Activation?? Read up on it on wiki...it talks about microsoft monitoring with that version 2 to combat piracy...office enterprise still uses version 1... so version 1... so if they find that u have a pirated copy...think they can shut down the os or something
hmm.. i dont know.. i mean.. if you have a legit os, and your office is pirated, they have no right to shut down your os, since its legit.. man... in the future we will have to pay for everything cuz there wont be pirates anymore =(
they won't shut down th os. there are instances where the pirated software won't work. to go even further with the case of sp2 on a pirated system, if it wasn't installed properly, one had to reformat their entire system.
