I will try my best but with my busy schedule its kinda hard...sad sad...Although I did lose a few pounds since last week.. I have tried eating more fruit. The only part is that I have to peel the skins of fruit.

buy some apples and wash them...it is easy to wash!!! and fast...

it 5lb bag...about 16 apples i think cost about 2.99 to 4.99 canadian...if u are afriad of pesticides on the skin..use abit of detergent to wash it...just a drop...it gets rid of the pesticide...

u can get some baby carrots...a small bag goes for about 99 cents on special at maxi...sometimes it goes for 1,99 at expensive places...

box of yogurt costs about 6.99 for sixteen...not the big cartoons...

loaf of bread ...costs about 2.5...good for the week...

ham or what ever...about 5 to 8 bucks a lb,,i usually ask them to slice me 15 slices...about half a pound...

    drinks is about 5 bucks,,,

    lettuce...59 cents???

so it aint that expensive either...i say about 25 bucks a week..

    something like that....

    hehe...try it for a few months....if u dare!!!!

then posts some pics...we got the "before" pics... show us the "after" pics

oh yea...plums peaches are negatives too!!!

^damn you do alot of groceries or something man? haha...but damn love them peaches...canned ones whatever. I get frozen fruits sometimes for my protein shakes too but heard they lost nutrients and not very good for you, so at OP, don't get frozen fruits, should eat them fresh too...

I don't know if I missed this, but did your BF tell you that you are fat? Is that why you are complaining? Maybe you should have him to work out with you. That's your motiviation right there.

I usually opt for cheese instead of ham, but I guess carnivores would like some meat in their system -tongue2 I personally would replace lettuce with tomato or something, since lettuce has absolutely no nutritional value to speak of... -mellow

And what are the "drinks" you talked about?

You may need to check the ingredients for the frozen fruit, certain brands have lines which are reasonably good at approximating the real fresh ones in terms of nutritional value.

That's an idea right there -^_^

Lol, i buy frozen fruits sometimes cause i'm lazy and sometimes they are cheaper than the fresh one, but if the brands of frozen fruit can match the fresh ones in nutritional value usually they are more expensive than the fresh one. In that case i'd rather get the fresh ones lol.:)

i would say it's swimming too. it works out the whole body, and the arm part is really hard to work on. but swimming can sure take off some weight

It depends on the season, I only buy fruits fresh when it's in season... I can live with frozen ones (not to mention they can be used in baking -^_^)

Eat in smaller portions, healthy food, and not exactly have the 3 meals a day kind of thing. And get enough sleep, maybe 8-9 hours, but it might be hard for you because you have college to deal with.

enough sleep is 6-8 hours. 9+ hours everynight will actually decrease your life expectancy.

    Curiousity I guess-sweat

I usually take DOLE juice or Minute Maid lol, but I know they're unhealthy....if you want healthy juice blending it yourself would be better but too bad I can't make it taste as good and I'm lazy lol...

I remember making strawberry and other fruit smoothies during the summer... -sweat

I am not usually a fan of juice that is from concentrate... The only exception could possibly be Ocean Spray cranberry juice -tongue2

Sometimes I indulge myself and order nectars at cafes... Those are like SUPER sweet, but at least I can tell myself that they are (supposedly) made from real fruit instead of concentrate -sweat
