I exercise at least 3 times a week..it's recommended that u exercise 3 times a week for about 30-45 minutes per session..all the best!
where did u get that idea?.... its actually ~30mins of exercise daily ... whether that might be some intense exercise... or just a brisk walk or something.... its better for u physically and mentally..... and decreases the chance of u getting type 2 diabetes
I play tennis about 4-5 times a week, a little bit much. My finance even tells me I play too much. I eat alot, but I eat healthy. I am about 5'04 weighing at 107 @ age 21. I am at an unhealthy state, because I have abnormally low cholesterol, glucose, and BMI. I always get yelled at by my fiance for having the "perfect female body" that she wants LOL
i play alot of sports...its a lot better ...u becfome a way better athelte then alot of workout dudes....but i gota say it does help you alot in sports so i wud recommend both lol
does walking around the house counts cos i always do lol use to walk to town n catch bus to college but not anymore drive now lol but i do have a chinese footy group that we play football every sunday, im not very good at it but runnning around chasing the ball shouting "pass,pass" omg" shoot" etc.. seems alot of good excercise to me lol
currently exercising my jaw and stomach metabolism alot eating too much for the last 1.5 months >< we ordered like 30-40 tapas last nite still so fulll....
back to my routine for like a month already, standard 3 times a week (1 hour a day) workout... with 5 minute cardio after lifting ( don't want to sweat cause i have to drive after lol).
hahah idk if this works but my mom did it and she lost like 20 pounds or something in two months she said once your period starts you are acually already less weight then you were before so you start eatting a small breakfast then a larger lunch and then during dinner you eat a small one stay away from rice and dont eat midnight snacks and she lost like 20 pounds with out exercising idk if it really works but she did it and it did
Hardly, only swimming practice 3 times a week, besides that I practically just do nothing that counts as a form of exercise.
if i have the time (e.g. during holidays), i tend to exercise 6-7 times a day, 45min of cardio, strength training for another 30 mins.. ... for a normal good week (in terms of normal workload)... then i'd go to the gym 4-5 times a week...
