To be honest there are a lot factors what can cause these dark circles near the eye.

You can easilly get dark circles when you are not sleeping enough, or when you are having kidney problems. Another factor is when it is in the family or when you having a lot of stress.

The fastest way to get rid of them, is go on a regulaire time to bed so that youre bioritme is stable. Further more is eating healthy also a important factor.

To be honest, sleep doesn't exactly help. Although, everyone is different so maybe it's just me. I get a good 8 hours of sleep at night. Sometimes 9, if I'm lucky, 10. And I've still got circles under my eyes. And I know a number of girls who get a good 12 hours of sleep pretty much every night, and they've got circles too. So I don't think sleep plays a huge factor in getting rid of the circles.
What I'd suggest is tea bags, cold towels and hemerroids cream. (I've never tried these before, but I've heard they work wonders. lol)

9 out of 10 people have dark circles under their eyes, even if they sleep well...unfortunately.

I am one of the unlucky ones but I have heard of the new La Mer eye cream. La Mer from what I've heard...is an amazing cream. Some have sworn by it but others....not so much. Really depends on who you are.

You can get rid of puffy eyes but not dark circles. I use my magic stick (aka: concealer) by Estee Lauder. Works for me and its not oily!

i somehow think there's something genetic to the dark eye circle / puffiness..

no matter how little i sleep.. i never get shadows under my eyes / puffiness... at most.. i get dark bits towards the inner corner of my eye, but they disappear once i wash my face with cold water in the morning.... yet no matter how much my sister sleeps.. she has panda eyes...

i've bought quite a lot of products for my sister though... i think mTm eye masks and sisley eye cream works the best.

  14. how does that help?? wouldn't that slow down the blood circulation n make the dark circles there longer??

do u drink water before u sleep? i know that people said if u drink water 2 hrs before u sleep u get dark and puffy eyes..cuz it makes ur face puffier as well if u are the type that can get fat from water.
