hey for the psp site the one that says us means it's english rite......noob question but just want to make sure and can u make a tutorial or tell me how to do the psp site one cause after i click all of it i think i need to sign in but i can't read the chiense

 

i tried, but after i download it and started up my DS....the screen was just blank 1...i tried blowin it and everythin but it was still white...

This one is my favo at the moment.
It's always uptodate and got more then 1500+ roms and they also got GBA and NES roms.
BUT you have to register and you can only download 2 rom's per day. So other people got a change aswell
