you know, i think ive seen this vid before.. but the interesting part as that hes a different case.. most savants are, as the vid says, autistic, and dont carry a great social life. but with daniel tammet, he is a regualr person, gifted with this gift, so its quite cool
i thought i saw the vid before too until i got to about half way and realized its something new. maybe the first part was in a youtube vid that was circulating or something.
lol theres this show going on on discovery channel called real superhumans that im watching right now.. altho this daniel tammet is interesting, on the show, there is a case of this man who calculates even faster than this guy.. daniel's case is a case where he has a few algorithms, and solves things using those algorithms only. now on the show, the dude can come up with new algorithms which people have not thought of, within matters of seconds.. awesome shit..
