only thing i like about the sansa view is the scroll wheel, 2.4" screen and the Micro SD extension. soz about the triple post :( and a bit cheaper than 4gigs..
true you get double memory at the same price that's good, and upgrading memory on the others with an sd is bound to cause some lag, but damn i have a sansa and i almost always have to put the volume to max even with in-ear headphones, not good for the battery lol... oh yea and micro sd is bound to be more expensive than regular sd, i think like almost double. i don't really know. creative supports regular sd if i'm correct? and micro sdhc cards go up to like only 8gb with regular sdhc cards go up to 16gb= double the memory expansion capacity.
well then creative zen is using regular SD. Micro SD is the same as regular price now a day.. well in my area.. lol.. not so expensive have you upgrade you sansa yet? theres a new firmware which allow u to custom the EQ which you can get it louder.
^nah i updated one firmware lol. and yea i upgraded the sansa with 2gb of micro sd, it's very SLOW now lol. i think the new micro versions are going to be more expensive, cause of the different maximum capacity. like later on the 8gb micro sdhc is gonna be the same price as the 16gb sdhc cards. just like how they sell the larger ipods and the nanos. might not be true.
dont know... cuz 2gb micro SD is $17USD and regular SD is $17.. you should upgrade it for sound quality and more languages lol

well i've read some reviews for zune n they said the software stuffs up all the time... n i dun really like the toshiba n sony desgin... hmmmm i like the SD card slot in Zen... but the SD memory is seperate from the built-in memory so u can have the songs on the same list n the battery only last for 25 hrs... n it only supports up to 8GB with certain brands... n i quiet like then design n menu for samsung... it's slightly more expensive than the Zen gosh... women r so indecisive... even i think i'm annoying hahaha... -lol
IMO i would choose the Zen (seriously i'm thinking about upgrading even if i had mine only for a year haha), it sounds good and has a good screen (all i want in a mp3 player right now basically), animated menus just mean more lag even though it looks good at first, but i doubt anyone would be looking at their mp3 all day while listening to music just to see the visuals lol...and for battery, hopefully it includes an external charger cause i hate charging off the USB from my computer, soo inconvenient.
the menu doesnt really lag though, tested it at bestbuy lol i would go with the sansa but it's her choice
nah i dont really want a mp3 player.. i want a new cell i want the w580i im not allow to get phones though.. parent wont let lol even if i did have the cash for it my parent wont let me..

oooo~~~ icic... well i've had my iPod for 3 yrs... i'm kinda over the scrolling wheels just looking for something small, durable with good sound quality
hmm.... you should go to a store where therse lots of mp3 player display, test everyone of them and see which one you like then ask them if its good here again lol
tbh i would recommend the new ipod touch sony is alright but i am not a fan of samsung i rarely buy sam sung stuff
umm ok... she's only spending up to $200 AUD ($187.50 USD).. and we're not talking about iPod's here.. since i'll guess no one likes ipod that much besides u i guess.. so you shoulda read the first few pages than make a comment... iPod=completely worthless piece of junk. Locked softwares(have to use itunes no matter what) which is super stupid. even though ipod is a touch screen, i would recommend you to not even bother getting the ipod touch since there are many other brands that have touch screen as mp3 player now a day.. one more thing stupid about touch screen is, it'll get super dirty right away.
samsung.. or creative.. i'm getting the zen v plus soon.. having been saying that for very long but hav been too busy to get it.. small.. not so pretty.. but should be quite worth the $$..
Zen V Plus.. just get Zen V at fry's if you live in USA, it is only $27-$35 for 1gb since those mp3 players are refurbished.. well some of them are.
