i think number 10 is a little dangerous though...wouldn't be to hard for someone to set up a Scotsman, frag him, and get away with it maybe.
True aye... and it will still be deemed "legal" so they wont get charged for it. Reminds me of this case I heard in 18th century England, Ashford v Thornton, goes something like this: Abraham Thornton was charged for the murder of Mary Ashford, there was a good deal of evidence that he had a actually killed her. Her brother William Ashford tried to prosecute Abraham, however the defendant sought an ancient medieval law that was not abolished by parliament (through ignorance or the like) known as trial by combat, involving the two to fight to the death to determine who was right. Needless to say the William Ashford backed out and even though that law seemed outrageous and sooo out of context it still had to be enforced cuz it wasn't repealed. Goes to show how stupid the law can get sometimes tbh.... but the year after this parliament finally repealed it. lol.
