i dont understand what is so exclusive about it... its just an IS250 with the X package wheels and a slightly different shade of red for the paint job. the metal scuff plates, leather and sports pedals are all part of the X-package in north america lol. its incredible.. 79 thousand dollars australian for the top model 250 is eqivalent to 68 thousand canadian for a fricken IS250!!!!! and they dont even offer the 350 :| and holy shit the GS430 is 137 thousand AUS which is 118 thousand CAN... you can buy this car in the states for 50 thousand... and if you get a deal, probably around 46 G. I cant believe they can justify selling the same car for twice as much money in australia. lexus is screwing over its australian customers sooo bad its not even funny... im surprised no one has tossed a lawsuit their way. edit: i just looked at the mercedes.au site as well and it looks like their cars are ridiculously expensive too, i guess its not just lexus. still, u guys get such a raw deal, im surprised everyone isnt putting around in 20 year old fords and toyotas.

i hear what they do in australia is take all the cars that have been leased to people in north america and then ship them over and sell them for less as used. lol but even then, the used fairly new car probably costs the same as the brand new car would in N.A.
