what do short tempered people do, to calm themselves down ?

    Do something to take my mind off the problem. Listening to music is always helpful.
    Punching bag is also good too.

    yeh, but people also get paranoid, depending on their mood, so if angry, they prob more likely to thing everyone is turning against them.... -dead

    or you can just go to the bathroom, sit on the can and push really really hard! ;-)

    listen to hardcore rock music loud loud loud or rant on a hating forum haha. also take a cold shower or drink 3 cups of juice in a row, go for a jog outside in the sun. do some exercise where sweat is involved. it will help heaps - trust me.
     
  7. for me whose dealing with so many crazy customers, if i got scolded on the phone, i apologize, smile and promise them anything. after i closed the phone, i scream in my car, listen to my cd, park my car and have a smoke, if it's serious, i go home, watch the dvd or tv, and sleep hahahhahahahaaha

    I just go away to a quiet location and clear my head then come back later with a clearer head and calmed down.

    You can try to take deep breaths, that have been mentioned before.
    You can try sports.
    You can try screaming.
    Take a shower.

    Try to do anything that will drain down your adraline/frustration-_-2

    dance it out...before...when i was feelin stressed i would go to the club and dance it out or play with glowsticks and trip ppl out all night, and hey...wadda ya know?...it worked

    Well you realize your anger type, so the next time your lose your cool, step back..breath deep and think about where this is going before you start swinging.
    Or you can join the army and head to Afganistan to blow some brains out.

    Most of my the people i know is very short tempered and most of them just talk some crap about other people to make themselves feel better, for instance, making fun or people or talking some sh*t.

    If your are short tempered i just say go out and take a walk, spend sometime alone, then go buy youself something nice.
