So as some of you know, I hate my job, i want a new one
but obligation tells me to stay (but only for a certain amount of time)

    I started hunting around anyways

    (back story)
when i got the job offer for this job i was actually debating between two different jobs

    well back to now
I emailed the HR person who offered me the job last year
and i wrote about how although i this position is good (trying to be positive) i wanted to leave the company due to management issues.
Then i talked about what i liked about their company
blah blah blah and asked for advice

    then sent off the email

I then showed the email to two different friends, and they said i shouldnt have sent it, cause it looked really negative

it's been a few days and i still haven't gotten an email back
because I was freaking out, my friend asked me "is it such a big deal?"

    my reply was yes/no

no, because i mean it's just one in a million contacts
yes, because it shows that i was careless and didn't do things correctly

    any tips, tricks, comments?

&... u say uve got millions of other contacts....just approach em and learn from ur previous made mistake....
    no biggie right.....

yea i totally need to keep that in mind

I just thought it would be nice to say why i wanted to leave the company, but i guess that's a bad thing?

bosses of companies never wanna know (or get told) what they're doing is crap/bad.

in our (newbies/grad) perspective, it seems like a nice thing
but they don't see it in the same way

wen ur at a higher level, then its seen differently

but good luck on moving on to new job! =)
    found one yet?

You should never add your own opinion into these kind of things...rich people/bosses in this world doesn't like to hear any negative comment or your opinion on them...thats the horrible truth of this world...

so i'm still deciding how to do things
and finding a 'good' job takes months when i'm picky about the kind of job, location, salary and junk

    i'm not telling the person
i'm talking about my managment, to another company's HR person (no relations between the companies)
