i have the same problem too. i saw the download section on monday morning but then during nightime the download section is nowhere to be seen. I can't even see the tab for it. I didn't even do anything wrong...
Read the above posts and you will see that you have to go through a screening process in order to see the downloads section again.

does the screening process going back to 1-2 months old members? If you can't see the download section, then you know that your are one, right?
how long does this screening process will take? or do i need to give my info to PA staff my info ? sorry, hopefully i ain't being rude for asking too many questions. thank you
a simple matter of reading the first page. all other posts from now on that shows the user isn't reading what was posted, will be removed.

for now, we're unsure on how long it takes since there are hundreds of applications per day. so for now, just gota wait.
