I only registered to vote because of my dad...he forced me to complete the stupid green form and sent it in...but the funny thing is few days later I received 2 letters, one saying that I need to register if I wanted to vote and inside the envelope was 3 green vote registering form, I was like wtf...even these guys are spamming me. And the other letter containing a letter saying congrats on registering to vote...=="

not sure about o/s people, check the AEC website...they haven't everything about absent voters. Anyways i voted Labor, sent in my vote like 2 weeks ago. But yeah i cant wait for it to be over, sooooo annoying the campaigns. Can't wait til Chaser send them up on the following wednesday. Oh and what about those Libs that were handing out fake pamphlets saying how it's from Labor party supporting Muslims and Bali bombers and stuff haha that was funny. Can't believe they did something that dirty. Wonder what other dirty tricks desperate parties would get up to
Reno, I'm pretty sure you have to vote, otherwise you could be fined even though ure out of Australiia You need to go to the Embassy where you are and vote there.. My dad is in HK when the election occurs so he voted before he left If I could vote, I'd vote for Liberal.. I hear of all these stories of how terrible the interest rates were when Labor were last in Government
