wow that seems like a fucked up alignment.....

alignments usually cost around 60 bucks or so if ur car is stock height. around 70 fo a lowerd car. thats how much it cost over here where i live... don't no how much it is there..

well, it looks like its actually the steering arm that is broken.

my brother said he hit a curb last night, which explains it. probably going to be quite the expensive fix...

i've never driven one, so can't exactly comment...

i'm sure fearless would probably know much more about an accord!
    see what he says

you can't really go wrong with an accord, especially if you get one of the newer V6 engined ones.

they are great cars for all around reliability and comfort, the only thing they lack is lower end torque. Most of the power comes in at very high RPM's, meaning if your racing someone, you really got to redline it or you could be beat by a van.

of course, your a hardcore christian, so you probably commute with the 'how would jesus drive' philosophy, and thus passing, and racing speeds are probably not going to be a big deal.

Id say buy an accord over a mondeo just for the reliability factor, as long as you get a honda in good condition and maintain it well, its never going to go haywire on you.

  10. LOL thanks for the info. i wont be driving to fast, prolly about 40MPH average, but empty motorway or country road is just asking for it (then again i wasn't willing to go to 70MPH last time i was on the motorway as its to fast for me lol)

man i got hit last week and now when i'm claiming their insurance, i call to check the claim status and they tell me that the other party is changing the story.

what happen was that i was hit by a truck and it put a hole im my bumper, broke off some of my chrome, and fucked up my clear armour. we were on a up hill slope and this lady's truck drifts back while she puts it in gear and is ready to go.

i already got an estimate at a body shop and it is around 3500 to fix cause i'm gonna need a new bumper. hopefully the field agent will know better and say that she's at fault and cuts me the check to get my car fixed..... or else the lady's gonna be missing her car when i get done with it....

  12. you shuda put more space between you and the person in front, (if its a woman add an extra few feet :))

^^Did you wait for the police to write you a report? If not you might be out of luck.

you should always get a police report. Sometimes when you call in for a police officer, they dont seem to respond at all or at least quick, so call again until one is present to write you one.

Even though she supposedly changed the story, ultimately they still have to see both parties situation. Insurance companies aren't dumb, they go through a thorough investigation before making anything in writing, so you may still be in luck.

did you even get some sort of writing that she drifted back and hit your car or anything. If i were you, i would have had her just sign a statement saying she drifted back while changing gear and hit your car at this blah blah moment and this place. And wait for the police officer for a report. That would have pretty much sealed the deal for you.

    good luck.

fyi for a future tip, you probably don't won't to sign anything without a lawyer or at least someone who knows that they are doing. Avoid signing anything even if the other party is harassing you. You may be signing your life away.
