if you cannot see the numbers, then you are colorblind :) lol.

How do things look to colorblind ?

There's a common misconception among people that everything looks black and white to colorblind people .. well it's not true (only in total color blindness you see black and white). There are many different types of degress when it comes to color deficiency .. following images show you how colors change to a color blind person ..

  2. i often ask myself this question too. what i thought of was that if you were color blind from birth, you have no experience as to what color certain things are when you dream. even if you see those colors you wouldnt normally see in life, they might not know what they are..

BUT i was told otherwise by an old teacher of mine, who was color blind.. he says he knows what colors (the ones he cant see) are, but he just cant see them.

hey i remember having to do them tests in like pre-school.....everyone in the class had to do it....

then we were patted on the back saying 'well done you passed with flying colors'...and get given a gold star...-lol

i'm colour blind slightly, don't have the black and white thing thankfully but it means theres a bunch of jobs which i can't do which is a bit annoying.

whoa that's an interesting observation...hard to explain. i mean can we separate various colors with our visual perception by nature or do we have to actually learn that ability by seeing things and stuff like that, kinda confusing...

Luckily I'm not colorblind. :) Those who are red/green colorblind (which is more common with boys than girls) can separeate green and red, they see the same color.

A friend of mine has a red-colorblind guy in ther class and then there is this teacher who just loves to use red (pens) on the whiteboard. And every time he uses red one on the board he has to raise his hand and say "would you change color of you pen please", because when the teacher writes with red he can't see anything. :p It's really not funny but, my friend says this happens often, because the teacher forgets it everytime! :p
